Ingredients

  • 1 banana, ripe

  • 1 egg

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 splash of vanilla extract

  • 100% Maple syrup to drizzle

  • Cooking oil of choice


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add in a ripe banana and mash with a fork

  2. Add in the egg and whisk

  3. Add the cinnamon, salt, and vanilla and stir

  4. Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbling, then flip.

  5. Top with maple syrup and your other favorite toppings.
