Ingredients
1 banana, ripe
1 egg
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 splash of vanilla extract
100% Maple syrup to drizzle
Cooking oil of choice
Instructions
In a bowl, add in a ripe banana and mash with a fork
Add in the egg and whisk
Add the cinnamon, salt, and vanilla and stir
Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbling, then flip.
Top with maple syrup and your other favorite toppings.
