  • Energy availability: how your macronutrients are distributed based off exercise & your body type.

  • Glycogen stores: Storage of energy in muscles & liver to avoid fatigue, encourage endurance, & maximum strength output.

→ Overcame & managed irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) & small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)

→ Corrected my iron-deficiency anemia

→ Learned to manage my MTHFR genetic mutation and B vitamin status

→ Healed from orthorexia and disordered eating… saying a final goodbye to fad diets, restriction, & a negative relationship with food 👋🏼

Session #2

50-minute follow-up reviewing goals set in initial session. Review meal plan & portioning specifically tailored to you to meet your performance fueling needs.
