-
What is in a nutrition assessment consult?
I start with a deep assessment of your desired outcome, health history, weight, diet history, medications, supplements, lab results, food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, menstrual cycle*, signs, symptoms, stress, sleep, nutrition, diet, exercise, routine, habits, and behaviors.
-
What's after the assessment?
After providing a nutrition diagnosis, I will create a treatment plan with your calorie and macronutrient needs (shared if requested), diet modifications and recommendations, supplement recommendations, blood work orders if needed.
From there we will work on improving your health markers (symptoms, weight, blood pressure, blood work, sleep, stress resilience) while improving your diet and lifestyle by meal planning, providing education specific to your goals, and setting S.M.A.R.T. goals. All the while, you receive support and accountability to become your own health guru.
-
What is the result of working with you?
You will leave with sustainable healthy habits, improved fitness, overall health, sleep, confidence, knowledge, autonomy, strength, energy, and success long-term.
