✨Want to make it even more filling? Add 1 Tbsp almond butter or chia seeds for an extra boost of healthy fats and fiber. For a thicker, almost milkshake-like consistency, freeze your banana ahead of time and blend it straight from the freezer.

🎃 Pumpkin is technically a fruit! It's a member of the squash family and is packed with beta-carotene, which your body can convert into vitamin A. Vitamin A plays an important role in supporting healthy vision, immune function, and skin.
