Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 block soft or silken tofu (about 350 g / 12.3 oz), drained
¼ cup fresh dill
¼ cup fresh parsley
¼ cup fresh chives
Juice of ½ lemon
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
Prepare the Tofu: Drain the tofu well and gently press out any excess liquid using a paper towel. There's no need to press it as firmly as you would for cooking tofu.
Add Ingredients: Add the tofu, fresh dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, garlic salt, and black pepper to a food processor.
Blend: Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is evenly incorporated.
Adjust Flavor: Taste the dressing and adjust the garlic salt, black pepper, or lemon juice to your preference.
Chill: Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for a colder, slightly thicker consistency.
Serve: Drizzle over salads, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, or use as a dip for your favorite fresh veggies. 🌿✨

Tatum’s Recipe Hacks:
✨This dressing is incredibly versatile! Use it as a dip for crunchy vegetables, spread it onto wraps and sandwiches, drizzle it over roasted potatoes, or use it as a creamy sauce for grain bowls. You can even thin it with a splash of water or lemon juice to create a lighter salad dressing.
🌱 Tofu is made from soybeans and is a complete plant-based protein, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids your body needs. Silken tofu also makes a surprisingly creamy base for dressings and sauces without needing heavy cream or large amounts of oil!
