Tatum’s Recipe Hacks:
✨ For extra flavor and nutrition, try blending in a handful of fresh mint leaves or a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. If your strawberries are especially sweet, you may need very little agave. You can also add small strawberry pieces to the molds before freezing for a fun texture and beautiful appearance.
🍓 Paletas originated in Mexico and are known for their fresh fruit flavors and simple ingredients. Strawberries are packed with vitamin C, and just one serving provides more vitamin C than an orange. Because paletas are made primarily from fruit, they're often enjoyed as a refreshing alternative to traditional ice cream on hot days! ✨
