Ingredients
¾ cup 0% Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 scoop Beeya seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
½ tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Add the Greek yogurt to a bowl.
Top with blueberries and sprinkle the Beeya seeds evenly over the top.
Add the chopped walnuts.
Dust with cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt.
Gently stir if desired or enjoy layered as is. Serve immediately!
