ORANGE CRANBERRY MOCKTAIL

The holidays are coming, and with them come endless toasts, mulled wine, and “just one more” cocktail. But you don’t have to break your Sober October streak! Our Orange Cranberry Mocktail lets you sip with confidence through every festive gathering. Bursting with immune-boosting vitamin C from oranges and cranberries (plus antioxidants, fiber, and urinary tract support from the berries), and topped with anti-inflammatory rosemary, this mocktail is as healing as it is beautiful. Ingredients

  • 1½ cups 100% cranberry juice (no added sugar)

  • 1½ cups fresh-squeezed orange juice (or 100% pure OJ)

  • 3 cups sparkling water or club soda (add just before serving)

  • Zest of 1 large orange (about 1 tbsp)

  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary (plus extra for garnish)

  • 6 thin orange slices

  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen cranberries

  • Ice


Instructions

  1. Infuse Flavor: In a large pitcher, gently muddle 6 rosemary sprigs with orange zest to release oils and aroma.

  2. Mix Base: Pour in cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir well.

  3. Chill (Optional): Refrigerate 30 minutes to deepen flavors.

  4. Serve: Fill 6 glasses with ice. Pour ~½ cup juice blend into each, then top with ½ cup sparkling water.

  5. Garnish: Add an orange slice, a few cranberries, and a rosemary sprig to each glass.
