This quick, satisfying meal repurposes your roasted turkey and cranberry sauce into a protein-packed, fiber-rich wrap bursting with cozy fall flavor. With creamy Havarti, crisp veggies, and a touch of sweetness, it’s the perfect way to enjoy holiday classics while resetting your healthy eating goals. No extra cooking, no guilt—just delicious balance in every bite!

Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla or cassava wrap (10–12 inch)
½ cup chopped cooked turkey breast
2 Tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 slice Havarti cheese
½ cup fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup celery, diced
¼ tsp minced fresh garlic (or a pinch of garlic powder)
Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
Mix the filling: In a small bowl, combine turkey, Greek yogurt, cranberry sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
Assemble: Lay the wrap flat. Place Havarti slice in the center, top with spinach, then spoon the turkey mixture over the spinach.
Roll: Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Slice in half if desired.
Serve immediately or wrap in parchment and refrigerate.
