Ready for a cozy taste of fall without leaving your kitchen? 🎃☕🍂
This week's recipe is a Pumpkin Spice Latte! Made with real pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, creamy coconut milk, vanilla, your favorite coffee, and topped with wholesome coconut whip, this homemade latte brings all the comforting flavors of fall straight to your mug. It's warm, creamy, lightly sweet, and topped with a little extra pumpkin spice for that classic seasonal finish.
It’s not like your Starbucks overly sweet and blood sugar spiking spice latte. Using real pumpkin puree means you're getting more than just pumpkin flavor! Pumpkin is naturally rich in beta-carotene, which your body can convert into vitamin A, a nutrient that supports healthy vision, immune function, and skin. Plus, making your latte at home gives you the flexibility to adjust the sweetness and milk to your liking.
