Chili Oil Avocado Toast

This Chili Oil Avocado Toast is my current obsession when I want something fast, flavorful, and seriously filling. It starts with a slice of my high-protein seed bread, topped with creamy avocado, garlicky goodness, and a drizzle of chili oil for the perfect spicy kick.

Finished with two jammy eggs and a sprinkle of garlic salt and pepper, it delivers excellent protein, healthy fats, and fiber to keep you energized for hours.

Ready in under 10 minutes, it’s the kind of meal that feels indulgent but actually nourishes you.

Let’s dig in!

Total time: 5 Minutes | Prep Time: 12-15 Minutes | Cook Time: 7-10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice high-protein seed bread (stay tuned for this recipe 😉 )

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tiny avocado (or ½ small avocado, mashed)

  • 2 tsp chili oil (for drizzling)

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Garlic salt, to taste

  3. Prepare Avocado: Mash the avocado in a small bowl with a pinch of garlic salt and pepper.

  4. Assemble: Spread the mashed avocado generously over the toasted bread. Sprinkle with minced garlic and garlic powder.

  5. Top & Finish: Place the sliced eggs on top. Drizzle with chili oil and finish with extra garlic salt and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
